BY ACCESSING AND OR REQUESTING OUR SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW.
All estimates and quotes are valid for a period of 20 days. Any timeframes specified are estimates only and are not a guarantee of completion.
Requests, additions and modifications above the quoted price will be charged to the client at an agreed fee.
If the copy is not as described, the estimate is no longer valid and a estimate will be redrawn based on the copy received.
It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for any modifications from the point of the original project being completed. Any mistakes on the part of Logo Design London Ltd. however will be corrected free of charge.
THE FINAL LOGO / COPYRIGHT
On receipt of final payment the client holds all ownership to the completed material. Logo Design London Ltd. withholds the rights to use artwork for promotional, and marketing purposes of our services.
You shall own the final logo composition/s provided to you by Logo Design London Ltd. (the “Final Logo”). You shall not, however, own any materials, media or other content generated during revision cycles leading up to the Final Logo.
You acknowledge and hereby grant Logo Design London Ltd. the royalty-free use of the Final Logo for internal and archival purposes, and to display and promote the Logo Design London Ltd. design service.
Logo Design London Ltd. retains the rights to all artwork concepts and other content not selected by you.
You hereby acknowledge that Logo Design London Ltd. shall have no obligation or duty to perform trademark, service mark or copyright searches or inquiries, or the like, in order to validate the propriety or legality of the Final Logo. Accordingly, you are encouraged to perform your own independent searches with regard to the Final Logo.
Furthermore, you acknowledge that Logo Design London shall have no responsibility, liability or obligation of any kind to assist you in seeking intellectual property protection (i.e., without limitation, trademark or copyright registration) for the Final Logo, nor shall Logo Design London Ltd. be responsible for otherwise assisting you in any way in your attempt to perfect your rights to the Final Logo.
CANCELLATION
If the job is cancelled for any reason, the customer is responsible for all expenses incurred to date. All deposits payments made on projects are non refundable as this covers all initial work carried out. We further reserve the right to seek payment for work completed greater than the deposit amount.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Logo Design London Ltd. does not guarantee profit from any design project.
TURNAROUND TIMES / ESTIMATIONS
Turnaround times which are quoted within the website or any other material and communication are normal target times only and Logo Design London Ltd. accepts no liability for failure to meet these times.
UNCOLLECTED WORK
If any items of work and original files belonging to a client are not collected after 12 months of the work being completed, Logo Design London Ltd. reserve the right to dispose of such material.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Payment of invoices shall unless otherwise agreed in writing be made in full without any deduction within 7 days of the date of invoice. Interest shall be payable by the client on overdue accounts at the rate of 10% until final payment has been made. We reserve the right at any stage during a development to demand full payment of work completed to date.
Logo Design London Ltd. reserve the right to only release artwork on receipt of final payment.
Logo Design London Ltd. retain the ownership right of all graphics until such a time that full payment is made by the client.
COLLECTIONS
In the event of overdue payment Logo Design London will proceed through the ‘Small Claims Court’ to secure collection. All collection fees will be past onto the client.
PRIVACY
We are committed to protecting your privacy – We will not discuss or disclose supplied information with any other parties.
BRANDING REQUESTS
We reserve the right to cancel any branding requests we feel to be none genuine.
LEGAL NOTICE
Logo Design London Ltd. does not warrant that the functions contained in the web design project will be uninterrupted or error-free. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the web design project is with the client. In no event will Logo Design London Ltd. design be liable to the client or any third party for any damages, including, but not limited to service interruptions caused by Acts of God or any other circumstances beyond our control, any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of the operation of or inability to operate this web design project, failure of any service provider, of any telecommunications carrier, of the Internet backbone, of any Internet servers, your or site visitor’s computer or Internet software.
MODIFICATIONS OF TERMS
